AutoPug Transport uses a single, simple payment model: secure online credit card payment, processed before your vehicle is dispatched. There is no cash, no Cash on Delivery (COD), no Zelle or Venmo, and no payment exchanged with the driver at pickup or delivery. We want you to know exactly how this works before you book.
1. How Payment Works
Secure online credit card — processed before dispatch
You pay Approved Transport Group, LLC directly by credit card through our secure online payment process. We pay the carrier on your behalf. You never exchange payment with the driver at any point during the shipment.
What you need to know:
- Your credit card is charged by Approved Transport Group, LLC — not by the carrier
- Payment is collected securely online before your carrier is dispatched
- No cash, no certified checks, no money orders, no Zelle or Venmo are accepted or required
- The driver will not ask you for payment at any point — at pickup or at delivery
- Transparent pricing — our broker fee and the carrier cost are quoted separately, and the amount charged to your card is the complete payment for your shipment
- No deposits — your card is not charged until a carrier has been assigned and you have approved the rate, per our Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Accepted cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover
These payment terms are incorporated by reference into the Approved Transport Group, LLC Terms & Conditions. In the event of any conflict between this page and the Terms & Conditions, the Terms & Conditions shall control.
2. When Is Your Credit Card Charged?
Your credit card is never charged before a carrier has been assigned to your shipment and you have approved the final rate. We do not collect deposits. Once you approve the carrier and rate, your card is charged in full and your shipment is dispatched.
3. Billing Descriptor
The charge on your credit card statement will appear as: APPROVED AUTO TRANSPORT. If you see this charge and have questions, please contact us before contacting your card issuer. We are available at (888) 594-2804 and info@theautopug.com and can resolve most questions immediately.
4. Disputes and Questions About Your Charge
We stand behind every shipment we broker. If you have a question or concern about a charge, we strongly encourage you to contact us directly before taking any other action. Most billing questions can be resolved with a single phone call.

5. Payment Amount Confirmation
Your final payment amount will be confirmed in writing before your card is charged and before your vehicle is dispatched. If anything about the amount or payment process appears different from what we have confirmed in writing, do not proceed and contact us immediately at (888) 594-2804.
